of References" or "Resources" that you used. The
list should include:

the basic constraints and specifications - verbal decisions should
be followed by written confirmation
- Similar products and experiences - most new products are
combinations of existing ideas
SECONDARY SOURCES:
- FELLOW WORKERS - Managers, supervisors, engineers, designers,
technicians, tradesmen, etc. (names, addresses, phone/fax numbers,
email)
- PROFESSIONALS - Engineers, lawyers, doctors, scientists,
professors, teachers, etc. (names, addresses, phone/fax numbers,
email)
- COMMUNITY SERVICES - Fire, police, waste, utility, library,
recreation, etc. (names, addresses, phone/fax numbers, email)
